Mit dem übergeordneten Ziel Kommunikationsfähigkeit geht es darum, „in fremde [englischsprachige] Welten einzutauchen“ (Bildungsplan 2016) und nicht nur sprachlich, sondern auch inter- und soziokulturell zu wachsen, um sich handlungsfähig und aufgeklärt-demokratisch in einer immer schneller, digitaler und internationaler werdenden Lebenswelt zurechtzufinden. Wie kommen wir im Fach Englisch am Hegel zu diesem Ziel? Mit einem attraktiven, freudvollen, aktivierenden und kooperativen Unterricht, der Fehler machen als einen notwendigen Lernschritt sieht und ein positives Lernklima schafft.
